Vineyard Notes
The 2021 Malbec from MOCOJO brings a bold Old World grape to the heart of Naramata’s wine country. Originally from Bordeaux and now thriving in the Okanagan, it’s crafted with care, character, and a deep respect for the land.
This deep, dark red opens with aromas of plums and black cherries, layered with hints of tobacco and leather. On the palate, medium tannins frame flavours of raspberry and velvety black cherry, leading to a warm, peppery finish that lingers.
Bold yet balanced, it’s a Malbec made for the table. Pour it alongside BBQ steak, slow-roasted pork, or a plate of melted blue cheese. A true reflection of the Okanagan. It’s expressive, confident, and made to be savoured.
