An intensely floral nose of jasmine, honeysuckle, rose petals and potpourri along with ripe peach, honeydew melon, tropical star fruit and papaya with a nice savoury herbal tea note in the background. The medium-bodied palate remains fresh from the crisp acidity and shows lively citrus zest notes with some baking spice and pineapple on the long finish. Pair this with coconut curry chicken or crab cakes.
Our Viognier grapes are grown locally on the beautiful Naramata Bench, overlooking the stunning Okanagan Lake. The warm and sunny climate of the Okanagan Valley is perfect for these delicate grapes, and our prime location on the Naramata Bench allows for long summer evenings that provide the ideal growing conditions. Our Viognier is lovingly hand crafted and we use traditional methods to produce a wine that richly captures the essence of the Okanagan Valley. You can truly taste the difference that terroir and careful winemaking can make.
